Manager - Change Management

DescriptionKforce has a client that is seeking a hybrid Manager, Change Management, to join their team in New Braunfels, TX.Responsibilities:* Leads change management projects, including changes to business processes, technologies, and organizational structures* Identifies project risks, defines and communicates project impacts, designs and coordinates training, and measures change receptiveness and adoption* Manages a team of professionals that support change management activities, including ensuring projects and change initiatives meet time, budget, and business success objectives* Conducts change impact assessments to identify project scope changes, end user impacts, and desired outcomes* Manages and develops detailed plans for communications, training, user preparations, application readiness, and ongoing project support* Builds measurement systems to track the adoption, usage, and proficiency of change management initiatives* Coordinates training deployment for new and existing business stakeholders* Supports end users through change network meetings and post-implementation communications* Trains, coaches, and consults leaders and project teams on change management principles* Serves as a change management resource to executives, senior leaders, and managers on special projects and initiativesRequirements* 10+ years of change management experience* Project management experience* Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and communication plansJob TypeContractCompensation45 - $55
