Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available
Location: Serving Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco & Hernando Counties, Florida
Compensation: $600–$2,000 per day

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Dentists to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis. This position is ideal for providers who enjoy extraction procedures, value patient relationships, and want to work in a practice that prioritizes clinical autonomy and quality outcomes.

You’ll work alongside an experienced support team in a streamlined setting dedicated to urgent dental care and oral surgery services.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and surgical tooth extractions
• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate treatment recommendations
• Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures
• Discuss treatment options and post-operative instructions with patients
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Adhere to all safety, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience

Qualifications

• Active Florida Dental License required
• Minimum of 5 years of extraction experience preferred
• Experience performing surgical and routine extractions preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Monday through Friday schedules
• Evening shifts available
• Weekend coverage opportunities as needed
