Position Highlights Part-time, hospital-employed position within the Aultman Health System Collaborates with the hospitalist physicians to admit, discharge, and care for patients during their stay as well as provide consultation services as requested Demonstrates ability to competently provide individualized goal directed nursing care to patients through assessment. Partner with community primary care providers, various medical/surgical specialties, nurses and other healthcare ancillary team members to coordinate and administer care to Aultman patients Structured support system—featuring brief daily huddles, regular division meetings, and an annual offsite retreat—ensures that our providers can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
