• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
• Presenting marketing proposals and negotiating listings

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build something of your own
• Coachable and driven. Backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community

involvement are a plus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred in business, finance, real estate,

sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field * Real estate license in the state where you will work (not required to interview) Your effort should decide your income.
