FULL-TIME Sales Associate / Store AssociateGEN Aspire, LLC dba Batteries Plus Chesapeake & Suffolk, VA (split schedule between both locations)Hiring Immediately!Looking for a stable, full-time position with paid training and opportunities to grow? Join our Batteries Plus team and help customers find solutions for batteries, lighting, device repair, key programming, and more.This position requires working scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk locations.What You'll DoDeliver outstanding customer service and product recommendationsHelp customers find the right batteries, lighting, and accessoriesPerform battery testing, installation, and light technical servicesRepair smartphones and tablets (paid training provided)Program automotive key fobsReceive, stock, rotate, and count inventoryMaintain a clean, organized, customer-ready storeSupport opening and closing proceduresAssist with deliveries and loading/unloading merchandiseWhat You'll BringFriendly, dependable, customer-first attitudeStrong communication and multitasking skillsAbility to lift and carry 50+ poundsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility and willingness to work scheduled shifts at both our Chesapeake and Suffolk storesRetail, sales, customer service, technical, or device repair experience is a plus, but not requiredPay & Benefits$14-$15 per hour, depending on experienceHigher starting pay for candidates with device repair experiencePaid trainingPaid Time Off (PTO)Bonus opportunitiesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesWhy Batteries Plus?You'll join a small, supportive team backed by a trusted national brand.
