California Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist

Transforming complex EHRs into engaging learning experiences, the full-time California Licensed Clinical Informatics Specialist will design and deliver innovative training programs for clinicians and teams, ensuring user confidence and system adoption in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design and implement curriculum focused on adult learning principles and real-world workflows Deliver dynamic virtual classes and self-paced eLearning, along with multimedia content and go-live support Collaborate with clinical informatics partners and stakeholders to optimize training effectiveness and user engagement Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, or Healthcare Epic certification in assigned modules within 6 months of hire 2 years of experience in designing and delivering education and training materials 2 years of experience with business and/or clinical information systems in a healthcare setting Active license as a clinician if applicable (e.g., RN, Physical Therapist, etc.)
