The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant at Brown University Health provides surgical patient care in the outpatient setting and serves as an educator and liaison to other health care providers across the care continuum. This role engages in history and physical exams, orders labs, prescribes medications, develops treatment plans, and contributes to education of nurses, medical students, and NP/PA students.
