Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an entry level CNC Machine Operator to join our team in a small, dynamic machine shop. This role involves operating CNC machines, contributing to mechanical assemblies, and ensuring precision in all tasks for someone that wants to learn a trade.

Starting Pay: $20, $30 for all overtime. Will work 50 hours per week consistently. Tons of room to advance up in pay!

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
• Apply mechanical aptitude in various tasks, including working on personal vehicles, lathes, and mills.
• Utilize calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure accurate machining.
• Learn and operate Fadal machining equipment to support production needs.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation and mechanical assembly.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and abilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with lathes and mills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

Work in an 11-machine fabrication environment spanning 20,000 square feet. Gain hands-on experience with Fadal machining equipment producing parts to hit production goals.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dunlap, TN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
