Location Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Funeral Director and Embalmer to lead our West Side Cincinnati Chapel, a location with deep community roots and long‑standing relationships. In this role, you’ll guide day‑to‑day operations, support and develop your team, and work directly with families during some of the most important moments of their lives. What You’ll Do Lead daily funeral home operations with an ownership mindset Coach, mentor, and support a dedicated team Serve families through funeral arrangements and services with care and professionalism Ensure compliance with Ohio, federal, local, and company standards Maintain the appearance, culture, and reputation of the chapel Build and maintain strong community relations What We’re Looking For Ohio‑licensed Funeral Director (or ability to reciprocate) Leadership experience in funeral service operations Someone who values teamwork, accountability, and community trust Licensure Requirement (Ohio) Ohio licensure requires completion of an accredited mortuary science program, successful passage of both sections of the National Board Exam, and compliance with state licensing regulations. Ohio allows licensure reciprocity for licensed funeral directors with qualifying experience from another state.
