Job Description Systems Administrator, Provider Network (Salesforce Admin) at Molina Healthcare. Chandler, AZ. Job Summary Provider Network Business Systems Administrator will help businesses improve efficiencies by using computer systems, including programming, networking and database management (e.g., Salesforce, Conga Contract Lifecycle Management, Virsys 12, or other provider network administration applications). The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of computer information systems and the skills necessary for effective decision‑making in a diverse, highly competitive business environment. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of provider network contracting and credentialing workflows and a solid foundation in computer fundamentals, programming, systems analysis and design, networking, database design and implementation, project management, and analytics. Primary responsibilities include troubleshooting software problems specific to provider network administration applications, providing training to support teams, and escalating issues to other network or system support personnel when necessary. Responsibilities Provide support for any provider network administration application software or network problems that may arise within the Salesforce environment. Collaborate with the Molina IT Salesforce team to determine and resolve problems reported by the Provider Network User Community. Configure software settings, directories, and storage in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements. Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with provider network administration software applications. Perform daily system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all key processes, and review system and application logs. Execute daily operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are available to the Provider Network User Community. Apply OS patches and upgrades regularly, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure/add new services as necessary. Job Qualifications Required Education Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Required Experience 4–6 years of experience in business information systems administration. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Business information systems administration Technical skills and business application development Project management Application analysis and design Data management Business intelligence/analytics Customer relationship management (CRM) Model, implement, query and administer databases Configure and manage computer systems and networks Plan and manage information technology projects Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certification. Physical Demands Working environment is generally favorable with adequate lighting and temperature.
