Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2+ years License: State RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: NG tube placement and management Foley placement and management Chest tube maintenance Description: Leading healthcare organization with a commitment to providing quality care. Joint Commission Accredited facility. Focus on pediatric services. Partnered with transport services. Teaching hospital with an accredited chest pain center. Requires formal de-escalation training for nursing roles. Unit information includes 31 beds with patient ratios of 1:6. Utilizes Cerner electronic health record system. Patient population includes adults and geriatrics. Common diagnoses and treatments include small bowel obstructions, diabetic complications, wound care, acute kidney injury, pneumonia, and sepsis. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent communication skills and adaptability to change. Graduates of accredited nursing schools with an associate degree or higher are encouraged to apply. Scrubs required in any solid color except fluorescence.
