Job Summary: Performs general preventive maintenance and repair of various areas around the facility.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years general commercial building maintenance. Experience with repairing hospital equipment including beds and stretches preferred.
• Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements:
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Attentive to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to follow established safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Ability to operate woodworking equipment, machinery and hand tools
• Understand blueprints, sketches, schematics and other building plan specifications
