Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Wyoming COTA license (required)
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations in a school setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting special education and general education students

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to address students' IEP goals
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and other team members
• Provide direct or consultative support to students in classrooms and therapy rooms
• Collect data and maintain timely documentation of student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
• Adapt activities and materials for optimal student engagement and participation
