Join Our Team at Capitola Spa!
We’re seeking a reliable skilled, licensed massage therapist who is passionate about wellness and committed to providing top-quality client care. Applicants must reside in Santa Cruz County.
Open Shifts:
- Tues AM
- Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday PM
- Plus opportunities for fill-in shifts
Requirements:
- 2 -5 years minimum massage experience in a professional setting
- Spa experience, 1 year minimum
- CAMTC certification
- Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage
- Familiarity with multiple modalities such as Sports Massage, Prenatal, Hot Stone, and Trigger Point Therapy
- Knowledge of injury management and recovery techniques
- Liability insurance
- Two Shift Minimum
- One weekend Shift required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $56 to $120+ per massage (based time and add-ons)
- $16.90/hr for downtime
- Generous tips
- Up to 6-9% extra per session based on workload
