We are looking to hire a Product Manager II to join?our group and?help us lead the next generation of models offerings. As Product Manager, you will lead efforts to drive quality across our solutions that meet the wide range of Foundry customers from startups to highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities?

• Develop the product offerings that span across the model portfolio in Foundry.

• Identify high-impact opportunities to increase quality across internal and external customer segments.?

• Define and track quality metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation to validate Foundry Models quality proposition.?

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions.?

• Develop compelling product narratives and performance dashboards for executive-level communication and decision-making.?

• Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development?

• OR equivalent experience.?

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

• Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications??

• 2+?years of experience in?product development. Including delivering?one or more?AI,?cloud services,?enterprise grade solutions, and mobile?apps???

• Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollar?revenue products, ideally in AI, ML, or platform domains.?

• Strong background in enterprise quality requirements.

• Product led growth focus?with data-driven decision-making skills.?

• Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.?

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies.?

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias for action.

Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
