Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Josue Rivera - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client insurance accounts with accuracy and attention to detail Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues Generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts Assist in preparing and processing insurance applications and documentation Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and other insurance professionals to facilitate policy issuance Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in the CRM system Monitor policy renewals and proactively reach out to clients for renewals or upgrades Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Participate in training sessions to stay informed about insurance products and market trends Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
