• Strong troubleshooting skills coupled with making data-driven decisions during incidents, to improve time to detect and resolve issues
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g. Azure) and cloud-native setups (AKS, serverless, etc.)
• Programming/scripting experience in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, bash, or python.
• Understanding of how applications work (processes, memory/cpu usage, garbage collection, requests, etc.)
• ""can do"" attitude is necessary, combined with a deep belief that everything can be automated, and systems must always be functional
• bility to work with cross-functional Development, QA and Operations teams to understand the underlying architecture, and help improve its reliability and scalability
• Networking knowledge and in depth understanding of network concepts
