Join our team as a Quality Control Technician and play a key role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our coatings and resin-based products. In this hands-on laboratory role, you'll perform testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products, helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect while supporting continuous improvement and troubleshooting efforts across the operation. If you're ready to grow your career while contributing to innovative, high-quality products, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesPerform all laboratory tests according to written instructions, including existing/ newly introduced equipmentPerform mathematical calculations using supplied equations or spreadsheetsUse ERP software for incoming material control, entering QC data, and generating COAsMaintain housekeeping in LaboratoryQuality control of raw materials, intermediate products and finished goods, including quick troubleshootingUnderstand the analytical test methodEnsure that test equipment is calibrated, monitoredEnsure that the tests are correctly carried out, documented and up-to-date.Conduct and coordinate Round Robins and measurement variant analysisCoordinate and investigate complaint management processMaintain accurate records of all Quality Control dataGeneration of product information for release and troubleshootingRequired skills and experienceGood computer literacy, excellent MS Excel skillsExperience with proprietary software a plusSelf-starter with good communications skillsDetail orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environmentQualificationsBachelor Degree in the Sciences is preferredPrevious laboratory experience is a plusWe offerWe are proud to offer an international working experience with a tight-knit network of employees, making it easy to connect and learn from people all across our different functions.
