What You’ll Do Performreferral evaluation, organ assessment, donormonitoringand management,allocation,and specialized care for donors. Coordinate seamlessly with surgical teams, perfusionists, and hospital staff. Maintain rigorous clinical documentation and ensure compliance with strict safety and regulatory guidelines. Approach every situation with the highest level of respect, empathy, and clinical excellence. What You Bring Credentials: Active RN,Paramedic, RRT, CPTC,NP, PA, or specialized Surgical/Allied Health certification. Experience: Full- timeOPO experience required , minimumof 2 years.Backgroundin ICU, ER,OR,CPTC,or critical care/transplant servicesishighly preferred.
