Strategic BD Director: Growth & Partnerships

HKS, Inc is seeking a experienced Business Development leader to expand market presence in targeted regions and client segments in the Denver area. You will drive pursuit strategy, build trusted relationships with prospective clients, and collaborate with practice leaders to position the firm as a thought leader.

You will coordinate Go/No Go decisions, manage Salesforce pursuits, and support regional BD and marketing events to grow revenue. Travel will be required.
