Job Details Job Location: St. Paul - St. Paul, MN 55117 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $25.00 - $28.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job description: Compensation:$25–$28 per hour (based on experience) Schedule:Full-time | Monday–Friday About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, Excel-driven professional to support our Director of Sales with reporting, CRM data management (Salesforce), and research initiatives that strengthen our sales performance. This is an internal-facing role focused on data accuracy, report creation, and identifying insights that improve execution. This position doesnotinvolve direct customer interaction or commission-based sales. The willingness to learn and understand our business, our customers, and becoming a SME in our CRM (Salesforce) will encourage success in this position. If you enjoy working in spreadsheets, organizing data, building reports, conducting research, and spotting trends others miss — this role is for you.
