Internal Or Family Medicine Physician
BJC Medical Group is seeking BE/BC Internal or Family Medicine Physician to join our friendly and experienced Hospitalist team in Belleville, IL. Located just 20 minutes from downtown St. Louis. Memorial Hospital Belleville is a 212-bed acute care Magnet-designated hospital offering emergency and critical care services as well as medical and surgical along with a full complement of diagnostic and treatment services.
Position Highlights:
- 7 on / 7 off schedule
- 7 AM to 7PM
- Full-time requirement of 182-shifts per year with opportunity to pick up additional shifts, if interested
- ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage at main campus
- Substantial APP support and expansion
- No procedures, but option if desired
- Not able to sponsor J-1
Compensation & Benefits:
- $315,000 Base Salary
- Up to $20,000 Quality bonus per year
- $12,000 tenure bonus starting year three
- $30,000 Sign-on bonus
- Quarterly RVU's paid for productivity achieved over the 65th percentile
- Relocation assistance
- Health, pharmacy, dental, vision, long-term disability, life, and malpractice insurance offered
- CME Allowance
