Job Description Job Title: Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, LPC) – Contract (1099) Location: Cordova, TN | HEALTHQUEST, P.C. Position Overview: We are a well-established outpatient private psychiatric practice seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team as an independent contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our services by integrating psychotherapy into a thriving medication management practice. Our affiliated hospitals and referral partners are eager to transition patients into a setting that offers both psychiatric and therapeutic services, creating a strong and consistent referral stream for the right candidate. What We Offer: Established, reputable outpatient psychiatric practice Steady referral base from affiliated hospitals and community partners Full administrative support, including: Scheduling Billing and collections Credentialing assistance Flexible schedule and autonomy over your caseload Opportunity to build and grow a psychotherapy program within the practice Responsibilities: Provide high-quality psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and/or adults Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain appropriate documentation Collaborate with psychiatric providers to ensure continuity of care Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensure Qualifications: Active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) in Tennessee Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Experience in outpatient or behavioral health settings preferred Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation Compensation: Competitive 1099 contract rate (based on experience and services provided) Why Join Us: This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice at a pivotal time.
