Assistant BakerTilly Bagel- Fulton Market is hiring for a part time bagel roller. Hours: Part-time, 2-3 days per week Shift times: 9am-3pm with flexibility for 7am-3pm. We are passionate about making fresh, delicious bagels that are perfect for breakfast, lunch, or any time of day. Our menu features a variety of bagels, sandwiches, spreads, all made with quality ingredients.We are committed to providing excellent customer service and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.Requirements:1 year previous experience in baking/pastry is preferredResponsible for making dough, rolling bagels, cleaning tables, greeting guests, dishes, cleaningAssist other stations when necessaryBe able to work well under pressure, multitask, and have excellent communication skillsBe comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet the demands of a busy bagel shopFollow recipes and food safety guidelines, and have experience with food preparation equipment such as slicers and mixersHave passion about food and have a strong work ethicWork independently and as part of a team, and be willing to learn new skillsStand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsHave a positive attitude and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfactionHigh school diploma or equivalentServSafe CertifiedCompensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tipsBaking/Pastry ExperienceAttention to Detail1 Year Previous Experience in Baking/Pastry is PreferredTime ManagementDough MakingAdaptabilityAbility to Make Dough and Roll BagelsTeam Collaboration
