Clinical Director BCBA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at our Atlanta, GA location. The Clinical Director will oversee the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, ensure clinical excellence, support staff development, and maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards. This role is ideal for a passionate clinical leader who is committed to improving the lives of children with autism and supporting families through evidence-based treatment. Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership & Oversight Provide clinical direction and leadership for ABA therapy programs and services. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans. Ensure services are delivered according to ABA best practices, ethical guidelines, and organizational standards. Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives. Support a culture of compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning. Team Management & Development Supervise and mentor Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical team members. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to clinical staff. Lead clinical meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of clinical team members. Client & Family Support Ensure high-quality care delivery for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. Collaborate with families to address treatment goals, progress, and concerns. Maintain strong communication with caregivers, schools, and other healthcare professionals. Promote family involvement and caregiver training. Compliance & Operations Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support audit readiness. Collaborate with operational leadership to improve clinic performance and service delivery. Assist with developing and maintaining clinical policies and procedures. Qualifications Required Qualifications Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Active state licensure (if applicable). Minimum of 3+ years of ABA clinical experience , including supervisory responsibilities. Experience managing or leading a team of clinical professionals. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and treatment methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Clinical Director, Program Director, or similar leadership role. Experience working in a center-based ABA setting. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop clinical teams.
