Job Description Job Description Experienced Handyman/Technician About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Handyman/Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set, including expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and drywall repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties throughout the greater Salt Lake area. Responsibilities: Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including: Electrical repairs and installations HVAC system maintenance and repair Plumbing repairs and installations Painting and interior/exterior finishing Drywall repair and installation Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain accurate records of work completed. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a handyman or technician. Proven expertise in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, and drywall repair. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Great references from former employers and/or clients with methods to validate history.
