Process Operator

  • Location: Bay Minette, AL 
  • Pay: $20 - $25 an hour
What You'll Do
  • Operate and monitor production equipment and chemical processing systems
  • Follow production procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor temperatures, pressures, levels, and other process conditions
  • Add and handle raw materials as needed
  • Perform quality checks and collect product samples
  • Monitor equipment and report any issues or abnormalities
  • Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Complete production records and paperwork
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to keep production running efficiently
What We're Looking For
    • Manufacturing, production, chemical processing, or industrial experience
    • Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment and processes
    • Comfortable working around chemicals, machinery, and industrial equipment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Good math and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
    • Reliable attendance and willingness to work as scheduled
    • Forklift experience
