Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and evaluations within the assigned campuses
• Prepare detailed reports to support individualized educational planning
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings, contributing insights and recommendations for student interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement targeted instructional strategies
• Travel between two schools as part of an itinerant assignment, ensuring consistent and timely support
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state regulations and district requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Current Texas classroom teaching certificate
• At least 3 years of full-time teaching experience
• Successful completion of the Texas state certification exam for educational diagnosticians
• Previous experience working in a school setting as an educational diagnostician
• Must complete state fingerprinting requirements prior to the start date
• Strong communication, organization, and assessment skills
