Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for the role. Current CPR Certification. Compensation Minimum Salary: USD 83,000.00 / Yr. Maximum Salary: USD 100,000.00 / Yr.
