Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring prior travel experience and C-EFM certification.

Details

• Hospital Labor & Delivery unit setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:50–07:20)
• Every other weekend required
• On-call required: 2 shifts per 6-week schedule
• Floating required to Mother/Baby and scrub roles
• Cerner EMR — experience preferred
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active RN license — Maryland or Compact
• Required certifications: C-EFM (through NCC), BLS, NRP, and STABLE
• ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Scrub experience preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Must have completed at least 1 prior travel nursing assignment
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but qualify for a local pay rate rather than the standard travel rate
• All time-off requests must be submitted at the time of initial application
