Full‑time Baker Location: Chandler This role is at the heart of Nothing Bundt Cakes, where you craft high‑quality cakes that bring joy to our guests. Dedicated to the craft, you will maintain consistency, uphold quality standards, and enjoy the early close and flexible schedules that make our bakery a fun workplace. Compensation $15.15 – $17.50 per hour, plus performance‑based bonus. Responsibilities Craft and decorate cakes that meet brand recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized bakery environment. Follow food‑safety protocols and sanitation guidelines. Assist customers and provide excellent service. Train new team members on cake‑making and bakery operations. Qualifications Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ready to work early‑morning and weekend shifts.
