AP Manager

Responsibilities Manage the AP disbursement group, handling all check disbursements, 1099 filings, and tax‑related matters. Design, implement, and maintain AP systems, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Oversee the monthly closing of financial records and posting of month‑end information. Prepare and recommend operating and personnel budgets for approval; monitor spending and recommend variances as needed. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members. Address performance issues and recommend personnel actions. Motivate and reward employees, including providing salary increases, bonuses, and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines.
