You'll proactively identify opportunities to strengthen relationships, resolve challenges, and help drive long-term customer satisfaction and retention.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clientsProactively identify and support at-risk or dissatisfied customersTake ownership of escalated customer accounts and successfully manage service recoveryInvestigate service issues, working closely with internal teams to deliver effective solutionsMonitor service performance to ensure improvements are implemented and maintainedAnalyse customer feedback, identify trends and recommend improvementsProduce reports on customer retention, recurring issues and service performancePromote best practice across the business to enhance the overall customer experienceSupport continuous improvement initiatives that positively impact customer satisfactionWE ARE LOOKING FOR:We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
