PACKAGING SUPERVISOR

Packaging Supervisor Principal Responsibilities Manage box shop and packaging warehouse personnel (A, B, & C Shift). Manage Fabrication and Harvest packaging inventories. Reduce packaging claims. Identify and implement packaging cost‑saving initiatives. Order manage all packaging materials through communication with Sales, Scheduling, Production, Quality Assurance, and vendors. Maintain and update packaging standards for Fabrication and Harvest. Perform new product packaging specification tests. Follow up on all audit reports from vendors. Work weekends as needed, minimum once per quarter. Manage and train packaging auditor personnel. Communicate packaging audit results to all supervisors and superintendents. Qualifications 1+ year of experience working with packaging in a food production facility. 1+ year of experience in warehouse management and 5S methodology. Ability to speak multiple languages, including English & Spanish preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. Experience with ERM and analysis tools such as SAP and QlikView. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range of $66,940k - $75,000k. Eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; bonus amounts vary and are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
