Starting Salary is $18.50 per hour Annual bonus potential Flexible work schedules on a part time basis. Qualifications: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Year 1 and Year 2 certifications (REQUIRED) CPR Certification (preferred but can be completed after employment) Clearances: TB test and health screening, LiveScan and criminal background clearance are all required. (Company will assist with clearances if needed) Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form Ability to respect confidentiality of all clients, staff, and facility records Valid driver’s license REQUIRED, you will use company vans to drive clients to appointments, day programs, and scheduled activities. Ability to organize workload and provide excellent service and care.
