Must Have: Active BLS (AHA) and Nursing License
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc. •
. Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse.
. Obtain vitals, weights and other information as needed• ional nursing.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• Current STNA license in the state of employment
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
