Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A healthcare facility in Franklin, TN is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis. This role requires a professional with solid pharmacy knowledge and technician experience to support medication dispensing and patient care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately review and dispense prescription medications
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage and possible side effects
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements
• Assist pharmacy technicians in daily operations as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials
• Experience working in a pharmacy setting as a Pharmacist or Technician
• Strong knowledge of prescription medications and pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems and regulatory standards
