As we expand our presence, BCI remains dedicated to innovation, excellence, and women’s empowerment through fashion. position: Designer Responsibilities : Sketching and creating proto and show room sample tech packs Fitting protos and sending comments Sketching, making CAD’s Creating design boards for meetings Reviewing and approving bulk trims and colors to ensure alignment with design specifications and brand standards Minimum 4+ years of experience in womenswear design Strong sense of color and sketching ability Must be able to create development techpacks for proto making and eventual showroom sample making Excellent in multitasking and doing what it takes to meet deadlines Great fashion sense that fits with the aesthetic of the brand Ability to research trends that relate to the brand Previous knowledge of woven tech packs and garment construction. Must be able to sketch styles either by hand or have a working knowledge of Illustrator or similar program for computer sketching and CAD making Must be a team player Proficient computer skills Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned. The annual salary range for this full-time role depends on experience between $75,000-$90,000.
