Senior Clinical Pharmacist | Portland, OR
Join a leading healthcare team where your expertise helps deliver safe, effective, and life-changing patient care. We’re seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to support pharmacy operations in beautiful Portland, OR.
What You’ll Do:
Review, verify, and dispense medications accurately and efficiently
Ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious medication therapy
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
Participate in clinical rounds, medication utilization reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
Support pharmacy operations, compliance standards, and staff training
What You’ll Bring:
Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
Active Oregon Pharmacist license required
Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
