Job Title: COTA Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum of one year as an OTA in an acute setting is required. Home care experience is desired. License: Active state OTA license required. Certifications: Not specified. Must-Have: - Ability to effectively communicate and create positive impressions with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers. - Knowledgeable in therapy best practices. - Ability to make appropriate occupational therapy judgments. - Ability to identify situations and handle them with the best possible solution. - Detail-oriented and observant. - Disciplined work ethic with the ability to prioritize and be timely. - Valid driver's license and auto insurance with your name listed as a driver.

Description: This position is for a COTA in Home Health. The shift is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no on-call requirement. The role involves working in designated counties. Candidates should have experience interacting with diverse patient populations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering quality occupational therapy services. Attention to detail and observance of best practices are mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a disciplined approach with effective time management skills. The ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team is crucial.
