The Wynwood House is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to keep our communities safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff alike. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across building interiors and exterior grounds while providing strong customer service in a resident-focused environment.
