Our administrative team manages many of the operational demands of practice—including scheduling, billing, credentialing, insurance coordination, and patient support—allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.Insurance credentialing, contracting, and authorizationInsurance billing, claims, and collectionsAppointment scheduling and Waitlist managementElectronic health record supportDedicated intakes, billing, and administrative staff for supportOffice space, equipment, and routine supplies, as availableKey Clinical ResponsibilitiesPsychologist responsibilities include:Assessment and diagnosis — Conduct psychological evaluations, gather clinical histories, administer appropriate assessments, and develop diagnostic impressions when within their scope of practice.Treatment — Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and other appropriate psychological interventions tailored to clients' needs.Treatment planning — Establish goals with clients, monitor progress, modify treatment when needed, and make referrals when another service is more appropriate.Client safety — Assess and respond appropriately to risks such as suicide, self-harm, abuse, violence, or other urgent concerns, following applicable laws and professional standards.Documentation — Maintain accurate, timely, and secure clinical records, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant communications.Other responsibilities as requiredRequired QualificationsCandidates must be independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland. Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictionsPriority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populationsPassion for high-quality, compassionate mental health careCommitment to ongoing professional developmentDesired experience 1-3 yearsMust be localPreferred QualificationsExperience working with range of diverse clienteleAvailability during after-school hours, evenings, or weekendsWillingness to work a hybrid schedule (some in-person availability preferred)How to ApplyWe welcome experienced and emerging clinicians who are seeking a supportive, inclusive, and values-aligned professional home.
