Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Good communication and interpersonal relationship building skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
