Responsibilities Participate in a comprehensive leadership development program. Learn daily business operations and organizational processes. Collaborate with multiple departments on business initiatives. Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of projects. Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements. Build strong relationships with team members and clients. Support management with administrative and operational tasks. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and leadership potential.
