As an Order Entry Specialist , you’ll be the backbone of our account representative team, ensuring every customer order is processed accurately and efficiently. As part of the team, you will:

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the company’s system.

• Review and verify order details for accuracy and completeness, including pricing, terms, and delivery information.

• Maintain constant communication with account representatives to ensure orders meet customer requirements and expectations.

• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.

• Provide updates on order status to account reps and other stakeholders.

• Assist in managing order-related documentation and maintaining organized records.

• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry workflows.

• Adhere to company standards and compliance policies for data management and confidentiality.

What you know

You have a High School Diploma or equivalency, and:

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or a related field. Experience working in a customer service or logistics environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and order management systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
