We specialize in custom rugs, stair runners, carpet, hardwood, LVP, and complete flooring solutions. Our clients include many of Atlanta’s leading interior designers, homeowners, builders, and commercial partners. From our Tucker showroom and in-house fabrication workroom, we manage projects from product selection through fabrication and professional installation. Senior Sales Account Manager Underfoot Design, Inc. | Tucker, GA | Full-Time, On-Site The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to build and manage relationships with our clients, with a strong focus on the interior design community. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable with technology, and capable of managing multiple projects from initial conversation through installation. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers and key clients Help clients select the right flooring, carpet, and custom rug solutions Prepare quotes, estimates, and project proposals Manage leads, opportunities, and follow-up through our CRM Coordinate with fabrication, warehouse, and installation teams Manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client communication Develop new business and grow existing client relationships Represent Underfoot Design with professionalism and exceptional customer service Most Important Qualifications Proven sales experience with a track record of building relationships and closing business Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong follow-up and organizational skills Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Detail-oriented and accountable from sale through project completion Experience with interior designers, flooring, home furnishings, building products, or luxury products strongly preferred Flooring/product knowledge is a plus Team-oriented and comfortable working across departments Compensation $85,000 annual base salary + commission Additional earning potential based on individual sales performance and revenue growth.
