Senior Property Bookkeeper
We're looking for an experienced Senior Property Bookkeeper to join a stable, collaborative property management team in Northbrook. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows property accounting, is highly comfortable working in Yardi, and enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day financial details.

What You'll Do
- Handle full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of properties
- Maintain tenant ledgers and process owner distributions in Yardi
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple operating and trust accounts
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process vendor invoices and utility allocations
- Monitor tenant balances and delinquency activity
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience within property management or real estate
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi required
- Strong experience with month-end closings and bank reconciliations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and accounts
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
