Inbound/ Outbound Sales Consultants

Availability Must be available for evenings and weekends (initial shift: 11:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday–Saturday; must be able to work Saturdays; Sundays we are closed). Compensation Base: $41,200 OTE: $80,000 – $100,000+ (uncapped) About the Role This is not a transactional sales role—it’s a high-impact, consultative appointment closing environment where every conversation has the potential to change someone’s confidence and quality of life. You’ll be working exclusively with high‑intent inbound leads—people actively seeking solutions. Your job is to guide, build trust, and bring them in for an in‑person hair health consult. Key Responsibilities Full‑cycle appointment setting responsibility—from first call through close. Converting high‑intent inbound leads at a high rate. Building trust quickly through consultative, needs‑based selling. Handling objections with confidence and emotional intelligence. Consistently outperforming KPIs for conversion, revenue, and efficiency. Creating a seamless transition from digital experience to in‑person consultation.
