Saunders Entertainment LLC. is looking for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Electrician to support an exciting new facility build-out project in Murfreesboro, TN!

This is a full-time, temporary position (approximately June–October) with strong potential for full-time hire based on performance and business needs. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of electrical experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with electrical installations, modifications, and troubleshooting under supervision
• Support a facility build-out / tenant improvement project
• Perform light demolition and site preparation as needed
• Help move equipment, materials, and inventory between locations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project timelines

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of electrical experience required
• Experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance strongly preferred
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Comfortable performing physical labor , including lifting and moving materials up to 100lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
• Demonstrated ability to practice safety requirements and OSHA standards when working with hazardous energy and heavy loads.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $24–$32/hour , depending on experience
• Full-time hours for the duration of the project (June–October), may require working evenings, weekends and outdoors.
• This position may require standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Opportunity for permanent placement following project completion
