You'll own the full recruiting cycle while also handling core HR functions in a fast-paced, fun environment. If you thrive where no two days look the same, this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities
Recruiting
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for office admin and senior-level roles
- Source, screen, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently
Onboarding
- Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires
- Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR functions as the business scales
- Serve as a go-to resource for staff across the organization
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting and HR in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable hiring across levels, from admin to senior staff
- Energetic, organized, and ready to grow with the company
